The community is governed by rules and regulations set forth in the Declaration of Covenants recorded in the Greenville county courthouse, and the Homeowner's Association By-laws. Each year the community elects members to the Homeowners Association Board of Governors and to standing committees. A professional property manager administers 1200 Pelham.
